We are celebrating two well known & popular saints this week

St Don Bosco founder of the Salesian Order Feast Day Jan 31st

St Brigid of Kildare Patrioness of Ireland and one of our three national saints. Her Feast Day February 1st marks the beginning of Spring in Ireland.  We look forward to longer days and welcome the snowdrops and daffodils🌼🌼🌼

There are two St Brigids Wells in Limerick at Shangarry & Kilcornan and one at Derreen West Clare near The Burren

St Brigid's Day is now a public holiday in Ireland & will be celebrated on February 3rd.
